Ken Block’s Gymkhana Four
Awesome…
Jay Z & Kanye West destroy a Maybach…
for a music video. If you’ve got the money, then why not… I guess it’s nothing for Jay Z to destroy a 3 million Rand car when he’s worth 3 billion Rand but why do you have to destroy a song by having Kanye in it…
11-08-13 Street 2 Strip
After a relatively slow start to the afternoon’s proceedings the competitors started rolling in, unfortunately so did the rain clouds. With just over two and a half hours racing completed the rain came down bringing a premature end to proceedings. The weather had however held off long enough for Bradley van Rooi to pilot the Pro-Fit Golf to a new personal best of an 11.5s ¼ mile. With sub 13s cars not usually allowed to run at S2S, Pro-Fit ran a few demo runs… now just to repeat it and put up an official time… congrats Brad. Anyway… on to the pics…

11-07-09 WPMC (Killarney) Drag Racing practice
I only stopped in for an hour at last month’s practice event so there aren’t many photos and none from the street2strip portion of the event 😳
11-07-31 WPMC (Killarney) Drag Racing
Sunday saw excellent runs from Sharief Reynolds on his GSXR (8.94s), Bradley Van Rooi in his Pro Fit Golf (11.67s) and Alvin Chetty in his ford Mustang (10.84s). I have to also mention Brendan Moore who, along with his father, spent the whole of Saturday assembling his beach buggy after a gearbox failure at the last event and then taking the Club Senior Eliminator, 3rd in Club Super Eliminator and winning class D… congrats guys
