Fire in the Williams F1 Garage
Hectic end to a great day for Williams
The Williams Formula One team has issued a statement about today’s garage fire in Spain, confirming that four team members were hurt in the incident after the Spanish Grand Prix. The team also thanked other paddock personnel for their help in fighting the fire. The blaze started when a fuel rig appeared to explode not long after Williams driver Pastor Maldonado won the race.

Casual Society | Hella Raked Civic
Most months I struggle with my data cap because of my love for cool videos, specifically US import event videos with great music. So it was cool to come across Casual Society, local Cape Town guys putting some decent stuff together. I can’t wait for their next project…

12-02-26 Exclusively ///M breakfast run
Sunday’s Exclusively ///M breakfast run was my first event as a BMW owner, placing me in a position I haven’t been in for a while… as participant. With the destination being the Orchard in Grabouw the route meant we were taking in highways and a mountain pass so I was expecting some “spirited” driving but I was pleasantly surprised by the restraint (except maybe for the 1st few kilometers) shown by the participants in spite of the presence of an aggressively driven Mk1 Golf (not part of the convoy) and a super fast Corvette (kinda part of the convoy). It was an awesome event, well organised and coordinated. There was one problem for me though.. the prevalence of BBS rims, if you know what I mean ;). Thanks for Rashaad and the guys from Exclusively ///M for their hospitality… see you guys soon. Cheers, Robert
